Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs.

Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are at your own expense. For exact rates, please check the website of your chosen carrier.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all delivered accessories and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
